1. Service Agreement

• T & C. Our services include packing, moving, loading, unloading, and transportation of household and commercial goods.

• The customer must provide accurate details about the items they want to move, including special handling requirements.

2. Booking & Payment

• You need to provide a booking confirmation to schedule the service.

• We may require a non-refundable advance payment before initiating the move.

• You must make full payment before unloading at the destination unless agreed otherwise.

• You may incur additional charges for extra services you request after the booking.

3. Packing & Handling

• We take utmost care in packing and handling your goods. However, we do not take responsibility for damages that natural calamities, accidents, or unavoidable circumstances cause.

• Customers are responsible for securing fragile and high-value items separately.

4. Liability & Insurance

• We provide limited liability for goods during transit. Customers can opt for additional insurance coverage at their expense.

• Any claims for loss or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

5. Prohibited Items

• We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or live animals.

• If such items are found in the shipment, the company holds the right to refuse service.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

• We strive to deliver on time but are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen events.

• Any rescheduling requests should be communicated in advance.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must be available at the pickup and drop-off locations.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items upon delivery and report any discrepancies immediately.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund.

• They will not process refunds for last-minute cancellations.

9. Dispute Resolution

• We will resolve any disputes or claims arising through mutual discussion or legal proceedings as per applicable laws.

10. Amendments

• No.1 Packers N Movers reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
